Tell Me

Untitled design (10)

When did scarcity roll over you, wilting you timid and fearful?

What darkened childhood tale shadowed your lightness and spirit, giving away your bold?

Who changed you so short that your worth became socially outsourced to the new and unknown?

When the sun rises it reminds us with furious beauty that moments are spectacular. Well thought plans, penned goals and shiny thoughts trivial pursuits of those who will never grow.

The rain that drenched you with indignation, coming unannounced on a summer day? The universes way of tapping you awake to all you never will control.

What happened between the first moments your eyes opened to the universe to where you stand today? Unable to muster the courage to stutter the words your heart desires, I miss you, I love you, please don’t go.

Our heart and our soul intuitively tells us when we are home.

An unspoken settled place is our being, a warmth, a person who undoubtedly many lifetimes we have known.

Tell me, when did scarcity roll over you?

Leaving you all alone.

Harvest Moon

57e0b7a15256dbc3c2180861cb80eb42

A quiet evening by the ocean

Just the two of us

As I sit alone, her reflection on the water keeps me company

Her colors, dancing in the tidal pull

Illuminating intentions, my mindful heart

My offering

Gratitude

The only seeds I wish to grow

Harvest Moon

Guiding with her evening glow

Linger

unmade-beds6

Bite and devour that dances across my tongue, lingering taste

Pressing her lips in timeless suspension

Slow stroke of her smooth canvas leaving sensual droplets, snap shots, lingering touch

Warm hands mapping in curious trace

Fragrance that imprints the linen with her lingering scent that begs to be savored and envelopes me whole

Hints of perfume pressing against me, vividly and slow

Images of the her movements in silhouette,  a lingering hold

Visual playback that without announcement laps across my gaze, encompassing and  bold

In the quiet of my day her paced breathing than ran up my neck, lingering sounds of the night before

Notes of her that seem to reverberate deeply in my soul

She lingers across my senses in breathtaking ways

Misting her extraordinary beauty throughout my day

You

you2

If only I could photograph how beautifully you reflect in space

Capture your magnificence and place it in your hands to hold

If your eyes could see what I do

If you could feel my hearts flow

If I could just spoon to you the nectar of your spirit and the sweet taste of your soul

I quietly watch with gratitude and curious wonder crosses my mind

If only I could express to you

If only you truly knew

The incredible gift you are

Simply by being you

Hear It’s Tap

trust

As I looked to the sky today the clouds seemed to carry depths I do not know

A storm quietly warming a familiar heart ache that arrives from a distant shore

Quiet yourself

Do you hear its tap

Can you feel its pull

Weighted complexity seemed to be grieving in the skies

Equal as they dance and fight

The harsh poetic beauty of the struggles between the darkness and the light

I sat by the river under that sky breathing in the clouds and all that she spoke

In my silence unpredictable currents thrashed me about, swallowing me whole

Today

It was as if the sky was trying to tell me something

All those clouds that seemed to carry depths I do not know

My heart so very grateful of the river today

Reminding me to trust her flow

The Garden

garden4

In the garden the magnificence of life is mirrored in her beautiful surround

New growth quietly whispers to us in delicate and gentle ways

The story of bloom; a seed planted long ago reminding us with love and care everything will grow

Nature and the stars meet early in the morning just before the dawn

When the moon is passing shift and the sun about to rise

The trees and flowers slowly start to open their eyes

Birds sing their song, softly inviting you to wake as the garden dances to the start of a new day

Authenticity and spirit, graciously inviting you out to play

Breathe in deeply, feel the love and all the magic you will find

Knowing in your heart

When I dream of the garden

You are right there in my mind

Today

today1

Walk barefoot and feel the grass under your feet

Let every blade caress you, it will share a story in delicate brush

Pause for just one moment, close your eyes

Inhale deeply, let the air sing its beautiful song

Look in someone’s eyes and truly see them, let yourself feel their soul

Human connection is our invitation to dance, take my hand and I’ll show you how to move in flow

Stop time by standing still, let just one moment be and see the magic you will find

Be curious, wander as you wish, I assure you the greatest treasures are always found in an open mind

Today

No different from any other

Simply our good fortune to discover

Beauty and love in our most genuine ways
