Paper Cut Wars

paper

Catching your dark parchment in calm air

I methodically fold it

Why not make some pretty origami as I whistle

One letter of disdain makes four Japanese cranes

I like to place loveless scripts of hate and anger in an old hooch jar I call not my fucking problem

Shaken on your ice and stirred with your flat affect

Wordless letters pour just write and make a delightful dirty martini

Nothing cleanses the palate more than poetry made with hard spirits

You told me to sit

So I stood up

You told me to be silent

So I spoke out

Paper cut wars

Expensive

Pretty origami

  1. This morning, for me, for some reason, this resonates:

“I like to place loveless scripts of hate and anger in an old hooch jar I call not my fucking problem

Shaken on your ice and stirred with your flat affect

Wordless letters pour just write and make a delightful dirty martini.”
